Opened MARK
I opened Mark at 5.23 on this weekly breakout. The volume was very impressive. Float is 7 mill.
On the daily, a volume surge out of the down trend.
I felt this is worth a go, as the battle lines clearly drawn. I don't think this is a one and done type of move. Interestingly, nearly all the volume came in at the during the second half hour of trading. I'm not sure what that means.
Added RESN:
I doubled my RESN position on the pull back, which turned out to be a great place to add:
Stop I was stopped out a VDSI on the long side, but I used a double stop which flipped me to net short:
The failure to make a new high is not a good sign for this nor was today's bearish reversal. I've noticed a lot of leading stocks are failing b/o and then fading. This suggests that we are probably gearing up for a bearish move down.
Long Trade:
Entry: 29.04
Exit 1: 28.62
Exit 2: 27.21
Short Trade:
Entry: 27.21

Opened DDD, VDSI
I bought the Range Expansion in DDD today,, As I believe this move is likely to continue. I like that the Risk is Defined here with 3 bars having lows at 30.
I also bought VDSI. This one is very much in an uptrend in a hot sector. The weekly chart shows a 3 bar pull back followed buy a bullish expansion. Not a great entry on the daily chartWednesday, September 3, 2014
Closed: VDSI
VDSI: This breakout put in a nice second day but never really kicked it into high gear. I decided to close it out.
Entry: $14.73
Exit: 1. $15.28
Exit 2. $14.95
Not too much to say about this one. Small size going in, Small gain going out. .3 R

Partial Close: VDSI, DAY TRADE: ISNS -- Falling off the bull before .08 seconds.
Nice continuation out of VDSI, I sold half of the position. Why? Profit protection I suppose. That being said, I've had a difficult time staying on the bull for the full 8 seconds:

Opened: VDSI
VDSI made a nice move out of its consolidation range, which produced a nice buy signal This type of set up can work well in tougher market conditions. VHI had a similar setup last week, which produced some very nice gains.
